ILIYA ZHELEV

Born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, in 1961. Graduated from "St Cyril & Metodius University", Veliko Tarnovo, in 1987, where he specialized in painting. Since 1988 he has had many exhibitions, most of them in Germany. He lives and works in the centre of Plovdiv, a city famous for its art and artists.

His paintings and art prints can be seen in many galleries and collections in Germany, Bulgaria, USA, Britain, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Israel, Greece, Russia,
France, Belgium and other countries.
